Passive Homes
We are passionate about building high performing homes and Inspired Projects Limited hold the eHaus licence for the Hawkes Bay region. eHaus are New Zealand leaders in Passive House design and construction. A Passive House is an internationally recognised building standard that delivers a building that requires very little energy for space heating or cooling. The result is a home that provides a warm and comfortable living environment. The temperature is even throughout the home and operates typically between 20-25 degrees all year round. This will cover you for the entire build process and the next 10 years. It is also transferrable if you were to sell your house in that time.
